The above site contains links to a broad range of subjects. The ties between compassion and social change could begin to be explored using the information on this site. Much of the material is for an academic audience. More investigation will be needed to select compassion related information from the vast amount of material contained within the links supplied on this site.

Information from a dedicated group of scholars who strive to create a new vision of organizations as sites for the development and expression of compassion.
There are a number of articles on this site that are thought provoking, but also easy for the beginning reader to digest. It is based on work by K.C. Blair whose background and orientation is described on the site. It is a "nonprofit organization, organized for the purpose of conducting scientifc research and disseminating scientific findings" with a focus that appears to be on compassion.
